The electric lifting platform PT-GD404 is an electric lifting platform developed and designed by PDV for high stability and positioning accuracy, but requires compact accommodation space. The main material of this series of products is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with black oxide treatment on the surface, and driven by precision grinding screw rod. Its structure is stable, and its adjustment is convenient and fast. It is suitable for electric adjustment occasions with small stroke positioning.
Product characteristics of electric lifting platform
1. Standard equipped with a stepper motor and RS232 interface, the company's independently developed motion controller can achieve automatic control of it.
2. The lifting platform system adopts cross ball guide rails to ensure smooth movement, large bearing capacity, and long service life.
3. Using precision grinding screw drive, it is comfortable to move, and can be lifted and lowered arbitrarily with minimal air return.
4. The stepper motor and the screw rod are connected through imported high-quality elastic couplings, featuring synchronous transmission and good deflection elimination performance, greatly reducing eccentric disturbances and low noise.
5. The electric lift table is used horizontally, and can be combined with other types of tables to form a multi-dimensional electric adjustment table.
6. It has limit function, initial zero function, replacement of servo motor, installation of rotary encoder, and acceptance of product modification and customization.
